Abstract:
Práce se zabývá inovací systému odměňování v rodinné zubní ambulanci. Na základě analýzy interních dokumentů, polostrukturovaného rozhovoru a dotazníkového šetření byly nalezeny nedostatky a omezení ve formě chybějící interní směrnice k poskytovaným benefitům, rozporu se Zákoníkem práce a malou šíří nabízených benefitů. The main topic of this paper is the innovation of the reward system in the family dental clinic. Based on the analysis of internal documents, an interview, and a questionnaire survey, limitations were found in missing an internal regulation of the provided benefits, a conflict with the Labor Code, and a small range of benefits.
