Předmětem této diplomové práce je komparativní analýza zadávání veřejných zakázek v hromadné přepravě osob v ČR a Francii. Cílem je zmapovat aktuální situaci zadávání zakázek v autobusové a železniční dopravě osob. The subject matter of this thesis is the comparative analysis of the public procurement system in the Czech Republic and France. On the beginning we will treat the system of the public procurement on the level of European union and on the international level.
