Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce zkoumá jednotlivé determinanty spokojenosti s bydlením v Brně. Práce je zaměřena především na vliv kriminality a zeleně na spokojenost se sousedstvím. První část je tvořena literární rešerší. Následně jsou uvedena data získaná pomocí dotazníku „Bydlení v Brně 2019“ od obyvatel města Brna. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis examines the individual determinants of satisfaction with housing in Brno. The work focuses mainly on the impact of crime and greenery on neighbourhood satisfaction. The first part consists of a literary search. Subsequently, the data obtained using the questionnaire "Living in Brno 2019" from the inhabitants of the city of Brno are presented.
