Teoretická část práce prezentuje jednotlivá východiska týkající se pohybové aktivity a jejího přínosu, volného času a zabývá se sportovní motivací. The subject of this work „Walking and cycling as an active form of transportation“ is inspired by a lately more common and frequent sedentary lifestyle. The theoretical part presents the diverse rudiments regarding physical activity with its assets, leisure time, and deals with motivation in sport.
