Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá vyšetřením výpočetní tomografií před katetrizační náhradou aortální chlopně. Obsahuje část teoretickou a část praktickou. Cíle bakalářské práce jsou: určení velikosti aortální chlopně na základě měření parametrů aortálního anulu s následným porovnáním velikosti reálně implantované chlopně na kardiologii, stanovit četnost přístupu pro TAVI, zjistit radiační zátěž z CT vyšetření před intervenčním výkonem, určit věk pacientů a nalézt souvislost mezi velikosti implantátu a pohlavím.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with computed tomography examination before catheter replacement of the aortic valve. It contains a theoretical part and a practical part. The goals of the bachelor's thesis are: determining the size of the aortic valve based on the measurement of the parameters of the aortic annulus with a subsequent comparison of the size of the actually implanted valve in cardiology, determining the frequency of access for TAVI, determining the radiation load from the CT examination before the interventional procedure, determining the age of the patients and finding a connection between the implant sizes and gender.
