Motivation of company Merlot Grands Vins

Abstract:

Tato práce si klade za cíl shrnout teoretické a praktické poznatky z oblasti řízení lidských zdrojů se zaměřením se na pracovní motivaci pracovníků. Popisuju zde některé důležité postupy a metody jak motivovat zaměstnance včetně jejich praktické aplikace ve společnosti Merlot Grands Vins, a.s. Provedená analýza by nám měla poskytnout obraz o stavu motivace obecně v teoretické části a následně v analyzované společnosti Merlot Grands Vins, a.s. Snažím se zde poukázat jak je v dnešní době pro společnost důležité zabezpečit kvalifikované a motivované zaměstnance a jakým způsobem toho dosahovat a rovněž si je udržet v pracovním procesu.

Abstract:

The goal of this thesis is to summarize the theoretical and practical experience from management of human resources in the case of employee motivation. I describe some effective tools and strategies used to motivate employees and how they apply to company Merlot Grands Vins, a.s. This analysis first shows the theory behind motivation and then puts it into the context of our real life example at Merlot Grands Vins, a.s. I will convey, by the end, the value of proper motivation in a company, the tools to achieve this, and finally how to maintain it into the future.
