Quality of Life in the Context of the Guided Self-rehabilitation Contract

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se věnuje problematice kvality života u lidí po cévní mozkové příhodě v chronickém stadiu při intervenci speciálního terapeutického konceptu Dohody o reedukačním tréninku při spastické paréze. Cílem této práce je zhodnotit kvalitu života skupiny klientů, kteří se tohoto speciálního konceptu účastní, a porovnat ji se skupinou lidí po cévní mozkové příhodě, která ho nepodstoupila. Dalším cílem výzkumu je zjistit, zda účinky této specifické terapie přesahují do oblasti rodinného a sociálního fungování, prožívání pohody, bolestivosti, samostatného fungování v domácím a pracovním prostředí. Pro účely této diplomové práce byla použita kvantitativní metoda sběru dat s vybranou výzkumnou technikou standardizovaného dotazníku Stroke Specific Quality of Life Scale.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of quality of life in people after stroke in the chronic stage in the intervention of a special therapeutic concept of the Agreement on reeducational training in spastic paresis. The aim of this work is to evaluate the quality of life of a group of clients who participate in this special concept and to compare it with a group of people after a cerebral stroke that did not take it. Another goal of the research is to find out if the effects of this specific therapy go beyond family and social functioning, experiencing well-being, pain, autonomy in the home and work environment. For the purposes of this thesis a quantitative method of data collection was used with the selected research technique of the standardized questionnaire Stroke Specific Quality of Life Scale.
