V bakalářské práci jsou obsaženy poznatky z oblasti managementu. Teoretická část je roz-dělena do tří kapitol. První kapitola pojednává o managementu se zaměřením na manažer-ské funkce. Druhá kapitola je o manažerských stylech řízení. Pozornost je zde věnována řízení, stylům a teoriím řízení. Třetí kapitola se věnuje marketingovému výzkumu a to pře-devším z hlediska dotazování.
