Diplomová práce se zabývá kauzou obchodu s lehkými topnými oleji a jejím dopadem na společnost v období 90. let až po současnost. V práci jsou popsány základní charakteristiky v kauze LTO, které jsou nezbytné pro pochopení problematiky. Tyto poznatky jsou poté aplikovány na daný problém. This thesis deals with the scandal concerning light heating oil trade and its impact on society from the '90s to the present. The dissertation describes fundamental characteristics of the LTO case, which are necessary for comprehension of the issue, and they are then applied to the case.
