Protection of Animals against Cruelty in the Exercise of Hunting Rights

Abstract:

Cílem mé diplomové práce bylo popsat a zhodnotit právní principy zabývající se ochranou zvířat proti týrání. Dílčím cílem je zjištění povědomí lidí o týrání zvířat při výkonu práva myslivosti pomocí dotazníku. Součástí diplomové práce je historie ochrany zvířat z hlediska myslivosti, historie právní úpravy ochrany zvířat, popis zákona na ochranu zvířat, informace týkající se zákona o myslivosti, důležité pojmy k ochraně zvířat a myslivosti, popis deliktů, kterých se osoba dopustí při týrání zvířat, metodika a materiál, vyhodnocení výsledků. V teoretické části používám metody zj. analýzu, syntézu, dedukci a indukci. Pracuji s odbornou literaturou, především se zákonem na ochranu zvířat proti týrání a se zákonem o myslivosti. Praktická část spočívá v návrhu dotazníku, oslovování lidí a samotné vyhodnocení dotazníku a zhodnocení právních principů.

Abstract:

The aim of my diploma thesis was to describe and evaluate the legal principles dealing with the protection of animals against cruelty. A partial objective is to find out people's awareness of animal cruelty in the exercise of hunting rights using a questionnaire. Part of the diploma thesis is the history of animal protection from the point of view of hunting, the history of legislation on animal protection, a description of the law on animal protection, information regarding the law on hunting, important terms for animal protection and hunting, a description of crimes that a person commits when a person abuses animals, methodology and material, evaluation of results. In the theoretical part, I use the methods of discovery. analysis, synthesis, deduction and induction. I work with professional literature, especially with the Act on the Protection of Animals against Cruelty and the Act on Hunting. The practical part consists of designing the questionnaire, addressing people and the evaluation of the questionnaire itself and the evaluation of legal principles.
