Systém odměňování pracovníků ve vybraném podniku.

The remuneration system of employees in the chosen company.
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je věnovaná problematice systému odměňování ve vybraném podniku. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy motivace, odměňování zaměstnanců, jednotlivé části mezd a pohyblivé složky mzdy. V praktické části jsou získané znalosti aplikované na reálnou společnost. Poté je navrženo řešení na zlepšení způsobu odměňování.
Abstract:
The Bachelor thesis is devoted to the topic of the remuneration system in the selected company. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of motivation, rewarding of employees, the individual parts of salaries and variable pay.
