Podstatou diplomové práce Sportovní a hráčská smlouva a její náležitosti je analýza základních náležitostí smluv uzavíraných mezi sportovcem a klubem. V teoretické části se práce zabývá pojmem sport a způsoby výkonu sportu, a to výkonu sportu jako živnosti, jako závislé činnosti a jako nezávislého povolání. The main objective of this thesis The Player Contract and its Requirements is to analyse basic requirements of contracts concluded between an athlete and a club. In the theoretical part the thesis deals with definition of sport and forms how an athlete can perform sport as an craft, employment or independent profession.
