Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá studiem řasové a sinicové biodiverzity dvou zatopených lomů nedaleko Stoda v Západních čechách. Po dobu dvou vegetačních sezon 2013 a 2014 byly na lokalitách sledovány fyzikálně-chemické parametry vody, druhová diverzita a sezónní dynamika sinic a řas. Na základě druhového zastoupení byl stanoven stupěň trofie obou lokalit. Zpracovaná data byla porovnána s údaji z podobných …more
Abstract:
This bachelor's thesis deals with a survey of the cyanobacterial and algal diversity of two flooded quarries near Stod (West Bohemia). During two years (2013 and 2014) physical and chemical parametres (pH, conductvity and water temperature), biodiversity and seasonal dynamics were followed up.
