Anotace Ve své práci jsem se zabývala problematikou zajištění pohledávek z obchodního styku, jak u právnických tak fyzických osob. Zaměřila jsem se na možnosti snížení rizika nedobytnosti pohledávek a v mé praxi nejvíce využívané způsoby zajištění. Annotation My thesis deals with the issue of securing claims from business relations with legal entities as well as natural persons.
