Abstract:
The object of this project as to analyse prospects for building financing in the Slovak Republic. The attention as basicly concentrated on mortages and loans provided by building society. There are also mentioned different types of prospects for financing, concretely loans and backing provided by government. Analysis contains individual products of financial institutions and these are compared
Abstract:
Predmetom práce je analýza možností financovania bývania v Slovenskej republike. Pozornosť je zameraná hlavne na hypotekárne úvery a úvery zo stavebného sporenia. Spomenuté sú tiež aj iné spôsoby financovania, konkrétne úvery poskytované štátom a podporné prostriedky poskytované štátom. Sú spomenuté jednotlivé produkty finančných inštitúcii a je urobené ich porovnanie
