Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice spokojenosti a stabilizace zaměstnanců ve firmě a faktorů, které je ovlivňují. V teoretické rovině je rozebrána personální a manažerská činnost, která tuto problematiku ovlivňuje. This Bachelor´s Thesis deals with the issue of satisfaction and stabilization of company employees and the factors which affect them. The personnel and managerial activities influencing the issue are discussed on a theoretical level.
