The Origin of Traditional Czech Sweet Desserts and Dishes

Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce je Původ tradičních českých dezertů a sladkých jídel. Práce je rozdělena na tři části, a to na teoretickou část, analytickou část a návrhovou část. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je zmapovat původ tradičních českých dezertů a sladkých specialit pomocí literární rešerše a následné analýzy vybraných tradičních českých dezertů a sladkých jídel pomocí popisu surovin, těst a náplní nejčastěji využívaných pro jejich tvorbu. Dílčím cílem bakalářské práce je zjištění preferencí vzorku respondentů o tradičních českých dezertech a sladkých jídlech. Pro naplnění dílčího cíle bakalářské práce byly stanoveny tři výzkumné otázky: Preferují lidé tradiční české dezerty a sladká jídla před zahraničními? Jaký vybraný tradiční český dezert či sladké jídlo je mezi lidmi oblíbený? Jaký z vybraných tradičních českých dezertů a sladkých jídel nepovažují lidé za tradiční? Odpovědi na výzkumné otázky byly získány pomocí online dotazníkového šetření, kdy bylo zjištěno, že respondenti preferují tradiční české dezerty a sladká jídla před zahraničními, jejich nejoblíbenější tradiční české dezerty a sladká jídla jsou koláče, palačinky a lívance a ovocné knedlíky a všechny uvedené tradiční české dezerty a sladká jídla považují respondenti převážně za tradiční. Získaná data z dotazníkového šetření byla poté analyzována a byla provedena jejich komparace a indukce.

Abstract:

The topic of this bachelor thesis is The origin of Traditional Czech Sweet Desserts and Dishes. The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to map the origin of traditional Czech sweet desserts and specialties using literary research and subsequent analysis of selected traditional Czech sweet desserts and dishes using the description of ingredients, fillings and dough that are commonly used to make traditional Czech sweet desserts and dishes. Secondary aim of this bachelor thesis is to find preferences of a sample of respondents about traditional Czech sweet desserts and dishes. There were set three research points to fulfill the secondary aim of this bachelor thesis: Do people prefer more traditional Czech sweet desserts and dishes or foreign desserts? Which traditional Czech sweet desserts and dishes are the most popular? Do people think that all selected Czech sweet desserts and dishes are traditional? The answers to the research points were found out using a questionnaire survey and it was found that respondents prefer traditional Czech sweet desserts and dishes more than foreign desserts, their favorite traditional Czech sweet desserts and dishes are koláče, pancakes and sweet dumplings with fruit filling and they consider all selected sweet desserts and dishes traditional. The data obtained from the questionnaire survey were then analyzed, compared, and induced.
