Robust Statistical Modeling Using the t Distribution
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá Studentovým t-rozdělením, historií jeho vzniku, jeho definicí, odvozením z Gaussova normálního rozdělení a také popisem základních charakteristik. Obsahuje také praktickou část s příklady využití t-rozdělení a jeho aplikace v problematice testování hypotéz.
Abstract:
The publication is dealing with Students t-distribution, about its history, definitions, about corresponding with Gauss normal distribution and also about its characteristics. There is special part with examples of aplications in testing hypotesis.
