Abstract:
Diplomová diplomové práce je zaměřena na management kvality v cestovním ruchu, která popisuje služby a s ním spojené procesy v jednotlivých odvětvích, jedná se především o udělování certifikací a kvalifikací pro daný subjekt. Práce se zabývá organizacemi a společnostmi, které je používají. Jde především o ubytovací a stravovací, ale také dopravní a turistická zařízení.
Abstract:
Diploma thesis is focused on quality management in tourism, which describes the services and related processes in various sectors, notably with the issuance of certifications and qualifications for the body. The work deals with organizations and companies that use them. These are mainly accommodation and catering, as well as transport and tourist facilities.
