Abstract:
Práce se zabývá tvorbou webového informačního systému obce. V prvních kapitolách provádí analýzu problematiky z pohledu legislativy, přípustnosti, elektronické demokracie a potřeb obce. V dalších částech jsou poté popsány návrh a implementace nového webového informačního systému pro obec Kojetín.
Abstract:
The thesis is dedicated to creating a web information system of a village. The first chapters analyze the problem with regard to legal requirements, accessibility, e-Democracy and the needs of the village. The following chapters describe the process of design and implementation of a web information system for the village Kojetín.
