Management of municipalita and its specifics

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá identifikací a porovnáním specifik spolupráce managementu obcí s místními firmami. Sledovanými obcemi jsou Hřebeč, městská část Kladno Kročehlavy a ORP Slaný. Analýza je provedena na základě předem vybraných specifik, kterými jsou územní plánování, bezpečnost, infrastruktura a životní prostředí. V teoretické části jsou definovány pojmy z oblasti managementu, na které navazuje strategické plánování a formy spolupráce veřejného a soukromého sektoru. Dále se teorie zaměřuje na vymeze ní pojmů z úze mn í samosprávy. Poslední složku teorie tvoří charakteristika vybraných specifik a zkoumaných celků. Praktická část je zpracována pomocí dotazníkového šetření a rozhovoru, který byl určen úřadům a soukromým firmám. Výsledky šetření určují pozitivní a negativní stránky spolupráce mezi veřejným a soukromým sektorem, na jejichž základě byla navrhnuta doporučení.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis discusses the identification and comparison specifics of cooperation of municipal management with local companies. The monitored municipalities are Hřebeč, Kladno Kročehlavy and Slaný. The analysis is carried out based on pre-selected specifics, namely spatial planning, security, infrastructure and the environment. The theoretical part defines the terms of management, which is followed by strategic planning and forms of public - private cooperation. Moreover, the theory focuses on defining terms from territorial self- government. The last part of the theory consists of characteristics of selected specifics and examined municipalities. Questionnaire surveys and interviews addressed to authorities and private companies were used in a practical part in order to gather all the data. Ultimately, the results of the survey determine the positive and negative aspects of public-private cooperation, on the basis of which recommendations were proposed.
