Predložená práca je formálne rozdelená na tri kapitoly. Prvá kapitola je venovaná daňovému systému, pričom je v nich zadefinovaný pojem daní. Pozornosť sa venuje stručnej histórii a vývoju daňového systému v Slovenskej republike.
