Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá stanovením aktivity proteinu C na biochemickém automatickém analyzátoru ELAN firmy Eppendorf za využití chromogenních substrátů setu STACHROM PROTEIN C firmy DIAGNOSTICA STAGO. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty poznatky o hemostáze a jednotlivých složkách podílejících se na krevním srážení. Součástí je i část patofyziologie hemostázy především s ohledem na protein C. Thesis is dealing with determination of the activity of the protein C using biochemical automatic analyzer ELAN (Eppendorf Company) with the use of chromogenic substrates of STACHROM PROTEIN C set by DIAGNOSTICA STAGO.
