Abstract:
Hlavními tématy bakalářské práce je stres a zátěž na pracovišti. V práci je jasně vymezen a definován rozdíl mezi oběma pojmy a dále se téma rozvíjí v typologii stresu, zátěže a podmínek na pracovišti a dopadu biorytmů, únavy a monotnie v třísměnném provoze a práce se stresem. The main topics of the bachelor thesis are stress and burden at the workplace. In the thesis, the difference between the two concepts is clearly defined and the topic is further developed in the typology of stress, workload and conditions at the workplace and the impact of biorhythms, fatigue and monotony of three-shift work schedule and work with stress.
