Life of seniors in social services in Ústí nad Labem

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce "Život seniorů v sociálních službách v Ústí nad Labem" se zabývá sociálními službami pro seniory, které jsou jim v tomto městě dostupné. Autor chce touto prací zjistit, jaký dopad má využívání sociálních služeb na životy jejich klientů. Také se snaží odhalit, zda a jak dochází k uspokojování životních potřeb, které senioři ve svém věku mají. V práci je uvedeno teoretické ukotvení stáří, jako životní etapy člověka, lidských potřeb a sociálních služeb, které jsou určeny starým lidem. V práci je zdůrazněna potřeba dbát službám pro seniory zvýšenou pozornost, a to zejména proto, že dochází ke stálému zvyšování počtu stárnoucích obyvatel. K získání informací bylo užito kvalitativní výzkumné šetření provedené formou rozhovorů. Toto šetření se uskutečnilo v organizacích poskytující sociální služby seniorům. Touto prací bylo zjištěno, že klienti sociálních služeb jsou s jejich formou, kvalitou a personálem velice spokojeni, a že dochází k uspokojování jejich potřeb na vysoké úrovni.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis "Life of seniors in social services in Ústí nad Labem" deals with social services for the elderly, which are available in this city. The author wants by this work to find out what kind of impact has the use of social services on the lifes of their clients. Also trying to uncover whether and how is realize satisfy of life necessities that seniors in their age have. This work presents a theoretical point of old age, as life stages of man, human necessities and social services that are intended for elderly. The work emphasize the need for occupy of services for the elderly increased attention, especially because there is a steady increase in the number of old aging population. To obtain informations were used qualitative research investigation conducted by interviews. This investigation was carried out in organizations providing social services to the elderly. By this work it was found that clients of social services are with their form, quality and personnel highly satisfied, and that their necessities are realize at a high level.
