The main goal of the thesis is to analyze and evaluate housing alternatives in Slovak Republic and finding optimal solutions of their financing. The work is divided into three chapter. Hlavným cieľom diplomovej práce je analýza a zhodnotenie alternatív bývania v SR a nájdenie najoptimálnejšieho variantu riešenia ich financovania. Práca je rozdelená do troch kapitol.
