The factors influencing the decision making of the medical certificates in the care allowance administrative procedure - on the example of the case study on children with diabetes in the Teplice region

Abstract:

V předkládané práci se zabývám příspěvkem na péči u dětí s diabetem mellitus a faktory ovlivňující posudkové lékaře v řízení o příspěvku na péči u dětí s diabetem. V teoretické části bakalářské práce se věnuji příspěvku na péči, podmínkám nároku, postupu řízení o příspěvku na péči, stupňům závislosti u dětí a sociálnímu šetření. Další část popisuje vymezení pojmu diabetes mellitus a problémy, které dětem s onemocněním vznikají v závislosti na příspěvek na péči a také se věnuje Okresní správě sociálního zabezpečení v závislosti na příspěvek na péči a postupům lékařů okresní správy v dané problematice. Práce zkoumá faktory ovlivňující lékaře posudkové služby při posuzování stupně závislosti u dětí s diabetem mellitus. Pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovoru s lékaři posudkové služby a pomocí interních dokumentů dětí s diabetem mellitus ze spisové dokumentace oddělení dávek pro osoby se zdravotním postižením týkající se příspěvku na péči na kontaktním pracovišti v Teplicích jsem získala data, které vyhodnotím a analyzuji.

Abstract:

In my thesis I´m focused on the benefits for children with diabetes mellitus and the factors which affecting medical advisers in the management of care benefits for children with diabetes. In the theoretical part of this thesis I paid attention to the care benefits. Then I deal with the conditions of the social management process for the care benefits depending on the degrees of dependency, children and the social work. Another part is devoted to the definition of diabetes mellitus disease and the problems that arise because of the ill children which are depending on the care benefits. Also I discuss about Local social security administration and about the factors influencing the medical advisers when they assessing the degrees of dependence for children with diabetes mellitus. I draw information from the semi-structured interviews with medical advisers, also I used the case studies of children with diabetes mellitus from the file documentation of department of benefits for people with disabilities in the contact centre in Teplice.
