Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou přístupnosti města Brna pro osoby s pohybovými potížemi. Na základě rozborů přístupů, jež poskytuje geografie postižení i další vědní obory zabývající se otázkami postižení, přistupuje ke zhodnocení historického vývoje a současného postavení postižených osob ve společnosti. This diploma thesis deals with the topic of accesibility of Brno city for disabled persons, especially with movement problems. Based on the analysis of approaches provided by various concepts of geography of disability and related fields of science attempts to sum up historical developments and contemporary socio-political status of disabled.
