Support of Asset Management by SW Infor EAM

Abstract:

In this work I have collaborated with the company GEMMA Systems, spol. s ro, which gave me access to their computing device, which is installed Infor EAM, which is used to manage the property. My task was to design a method of customizing applications through applications built on the Java EE platform. The company mainly about how to expand this application to other tasks (functionality) my job was to extend the application of a virtual tour of the property. Customization EAM began examining the possibility of customization by developing the first application called SessionDel which serves to lubricate sitting in EAM, because the application uses most of the same application framework as a second treatment. SESSIONDATE is a useful tool by which the administrator can remove users session to remain in the "hang". The second part of the work was the design and partial implementation of a virtual tour of asset, which allows the user to browse through your property structured graphical presentation. The user can thus pass their individual properties and applications provides him with information about the property, which they found on the same floor and in the room. The application allows users with raster images and information on the property to create your own virtual tour of the property. In the third part of the work dealt with the proposed performance indicators majetku.Tieto user indicators provide clear and factual information about the property. For example, the carrier takes the average age of the fleet in order to know when it will be necessary to purchase new vehicles, because the maximum average age of the fleet is the law. Exceeding this limit could be sanctioned.

Abstract:

V tejto práci som spolupracoval so spoločnosťou GEMMA Systems, spol. s r.o., ktorá mi poskytla prístupy na ich výpočtové zariadenia, kde je nainštalovaný systém Infor EAM, ktorý slúži na správu majetku. Mojou úlohou bolo navrhnúť spôsob customizácie tejto aplikácie, pomocou aplikácií vytvorených na platforme Java EE. Spoločnosť hlavne zaujíma, ako túto aplikáciu rozšíriť o ďalšie úlohy (funkcionalitu), mojou úlohou bolo rozšíriť aplikáciu o virtuálnu prehliadku majetku. Customizácia EAM začala preskúmaním možností customizácie, vyvinutím prvej aplikácie s názvom SessionDel, ktorá slúži na mazanie sedení v EAM, pretože aplikácia využíva väčšinu rovnakých aplikačných rámcov, ako druhá aplikácia. SessionDel je užitočný nástroj, ktorým administrátor môže odstrániť sedenia užívateľov, ktoré zostali v systéme "visieť". Druhou časťou práce bol návrh a čiastočná implementácia virtuálnej prehliadky majetku, ktorá užívateľovi umožňuje prehliadať svoj majetok štruktúrovane pomocou grafickej prezentácie. Užívateľ môže takto prechádzať svoje jednotlivé nehnuteľnosti a aplikácia mu poskytuje informácie o majetku, ktorý sa v nich nachádza na istom poschodí a v príslušnej miestnosti. Aplikácia užívateľovi dovoľuje pomocou rastrových obrázkov a informácií o majetku vytvoriť si vlastnú virtuálnu prehliadku majetku. V tretej časti práce som sa zaoberal návrhom výkonnostných ukazateľov majetku.Tieto ukazovatele užívateľovi poskytujú prehľadné a vecné informácie o jeho majetku. Napríklad dopravcu zaujíma priemerný vek vozového parku, aby vedel, kedy bude potrebné zakúpiť nové dopravné prostriedky, pretože maximálny priemerný vek vozového parku je daný zákonom. Prekročením tohoto limitu by mohol byť sankcionovaný.
