Tangible and intangible assets from an accounting and tax point of view in a business environment with a focus on the issue of technical evaluation of leased assets

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce „Hmotný a nehmotný majetek z účetního a daňového hlediska v podnikatelském prostředí se zaměřením na problematiku technického zhodnocení u najatého majetku“ se v úvodu práce zaměřuje na odlišné vymezení pojmů dlouhodobého majetku a technického zhodnocení majetku z účetního a daňového hlediska. V praktické části je na společnosti ALBA-METAL, spol. s r.o. provedeno formou deskripce, analýzy a komparace porovnání odlišných účetních a daňových dopadů při ukončení nájmu s provedeným technickým zhodnocením. Příklady jsou uvedeny jak z pohledu pronajímatele, tak z pohledu nájemce. V závěru práce je vyhodnocení a doporučení pro formulaci a ukončení nájemního vztahů s ohledem na optimální daňové zatížení společnosti.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis "Tangible and intangible assets from an accounting and tax point of view in a business environment with a focus on the issue of technical evaluation of leased assets" focuses in the beginning of the thesis on different definitions of the concepts of long-term assets and technical evaluation of assets from an accounting and tax point of view. In the practical part, ALBA-METAL, spol. s.r.o. carried out in the form of description, analysis and comparison, a comparison of different accounting and tax impacts at the end of the lease with a technical evaluation carried out. Examples are given from both the landlord's and the tenant's point of view. At the end of the thesis, there is an evaluation and recommendation for the formulation and termination of lease relationships with regard to the optimal tax burden on the company.
