Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na návrhy opatření, které povedou k optimalizaci a tím i ke zkrácení doby výstavby konkrétního rodinného domu. Práce je rozdělena do teoretické a aplikační části. Teoretická část se zabývá definicemi a východisky, která jsou spjata s částí aplikační. Aplikační část je zaměřena na analýzu současných procesů probíhajících při stavbě a pomocí metody kritické cesty jsou tyto procesy optimalizovány. Všechna navrhnutá řešení jsou dále zhodnocena a je navrhnuto nejvhodnější řešení.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on suggestive measures, which will lead to optimisation and therefore to a shorter construction period of specific family house. The thesis is split into theoretical part and part which is focused on practical applications. The theoretical part deals with definitions which are closely related with the practical application part. The practical application part revolves around the analysis of current construction processes and their optimisation through the Critical part method. All the suggested solutions are then critically rated and the most appropriate one is then suggested.
