Diplomová práce se zabývá managementem muzeí se zaměřením na Vojenský historic-ký ústav Praha a jím spravovaná muzea, konkrétně Armádní muzeum Žižkov, Letecké muze-um Kbely a Vojenské technické muzeum Lešany. Činnost samotného ústavu i jednotlivých muzeí je analyzována na základě marketingového mixu 4P. The thesis paper deals with the management of museums with a focus on the Military Historical Institute in Prague and comparing museums they manage, specifically the Army museum Žižkov, Aviation museum Kbely and Military technical museum Lešany.
