Constititional Development in Czechoslovakia 1920 - 1969

Abstract:

Diplomová práce na téma: ?Ústavní vývoj Československa 1920-1969? je zaměřena zejména na popis jednotlivých ústav, které byly ustanoveny v tomto období. Cílem kvalifikační práce bylo popsat jednotlivé články ústav a poskytnout tak ucelený pohled. V teoretické části se věnujeme vymezením pojmu ústava, popisujeme časový vývoj jednotlivých kapitol od Ústavy republiky Československé po Ústavní zákon o československé federaci. V konečné fázi práce se zabýváme porovnáním ústav a vymezením jednotlivých bodů, které se propojují či odporují v jednotlivých ústavách.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis: "The constitutional development of Czechoslovakia 1920-1969" is focused on the description of constitution in singles, which were established in this period. The aim of the thesis was to describe the qualifying individual articles of constitution and provide a comprehensive view. In the theoretical part we deal with the definition of the constitution, we describe the time development of individual sections of the Constitution of the Republic of Czechoslovakia after the Constitutional Act on the Czechoslovak Federation. In the final chapter of thesis, we deal with comparing constitution and the definition of the points, which are connected or disagree in individual constitutions.
