Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá pojmem zájem z teoreticko-právního hlediska. V práci se zejména soustředím na pojem "veřejný zájem" a na způsob, jakým na něj nahlíží právo pomocí platné legislativy a judikatury Nejvyššího správního soudu ČR a Ústavního soudu ČR. Práce se dále zabývá popisem obecných a procesních právních zásad obsažených v současném správním řádu.
Abstract:
This bachelor's thesis examines the concept of interest from a theoretical and legal point of view. In my work I focus mainly on the concept of "public interest" and on the way in which the law views it with the help of valid legislation and case law of the Supreme Administrative Court and Constitutional Court of the Czech republic.
