Job Centre Communication Strategy

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na komunikaci úřadu práce nejen s klienty služeb zaměstnanosti, ale i se širokou veřejností a klade si za cíl analyzovat a posoudit aktuální stav dané problematiky. V návaznosti na relevantní teoretické koncepty praktická část přináší výsledky vlastní empirické sondy a návrh elektronické informační brožury jako příspěvek k široce dostupné, přehledné a aktuální formě komunikace. Praktická část práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V první části je předložen návrh moderní a atraktivní elektronické informační brožury s názvem „Studujte pro lepší budoucnost“. Brožura je nejprve zpracována v textovém editoru a poté převedena do konečného formátu typu online listovacího katalogu. Ve druhé části práce je provedena vlastní empirická sonda s vyhodnocením a doporučením případných změn komunikační strategie úřadu práce.

Abstract:

The bachelor’s thesis focuses on the communications of a job centre not only with clients of unemployment services but also with wide general public. The objective of the thesis is to analyse and evaluate the current state of points at issue. Following the relevant theoretical concepts, the practical part communicates the results of the author’s own empirical data probe and presents an e-newsletter as a contribution to widely accessible, well-arranged and topical form of communication. The practical part is divided into two parts. The first part consists in the design of a modern and attractive e-newsletter entitled “Study for Your Better Future”. The initial form of the e-newsletter designed in MS Office Word text editor has been transferred into its final HTML online format in the appealing design of a flip through online catalogue. The second part of the practical part demonstrates the results of the author’s own empirical data with evaluation and recommendation of contingent changes of the job centre communication strategy.
