Cílem této práce je odhalit klíčové faktory a výzvy spojené s řízením etnicky různorodého pojišťovacího zastoupení v oboru životního pojištění v Malajsii. The goal of this thesis is to uncover the key factors and challenges in managing an ethnically diverse insurance agency in Malaysia's life insurance industry. The author aims to examine the sales managers' perspective in Organisation G, Malaysia, regarding their expression of managing their agents.
