Abstract:

Diplomová práce na téma „Vývoj správy škol v ČR od roku 1990 - se zaměřením na školské rady“ je rozdělena na část teoretickou a empirickou. V teoretické části popisuje vývojové trendy ve správě škol po roce 1990. Dalšími tématy jsou proměna rolí ředitele školy, učitelů a rodičů a také vznik, legislativa a pravomoci školských rad. Empirická část práce pojednává o fungování školské rady v běžném životě a pomocí vhodné meto-dologie výzkumného šetření popisuje, jak vnímají existenci školské rady samotní členové a ředitel.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis on subject „Development of school management in the Czech Republic after 1990 – focusing on school boards“ is divided into theoretical part and empirical part. The theoretical part describes trends in school management after 1990. Other topics are changing roles of headmaster, teachers and parents of pupils and also the beginning of school boards and moreover their legislation and competences. The empirical part of my thesis deals with the functioning of school board in everyday life. It describes the ways how members and headmaster perceive the existence of school board by using the appropriate methodology of the research.
