Streamlining the Process of Picking Goods in the Selected Company
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku vychystávání zboží k odeslání ve vybrané společnosti. Teoretická část obsahuje literární rešerši související s danou problematikou. Praktická část popisuje konkrétní sklad vybrané společnosti a zabývá se efektivností vychystávacího procesu v rámci nárůstu objemu zakázek, odhalení úzkého místa v procesu a návrhu na řešení.
Abstract:
The bachelor's thesis is focused on the issue of picking goods for shipment in a selected company. The theoretical part contains a literature search related to this issue. The practical part describes the specific warehouse of the selected company and deals with the efficiency of the picking process in increasing the volume of orders, revealing a bottleneck in the process and a proposal for a solution …more
