Předmětem bakalářské práce je analýza pojištění podnikatelských rizik jako vhodného nástroje ochrany podnikatelských aktivit. Práce se nejprve zabývá vymezením pojmů podnik a podnikání, následně riziky, které na podnikatelské subjekty působí, klasifikací těchto rizik a procesem jejich řízení.
