Abstract:
Cílem práce je provedení analýzy platné právní úpravy nájmu prostor určených k bydlení, vzniku nájmu, práv a povinnosti smluvních stran. Práce se skládá celkové z čtyř hlavních kapitol, které jsou dále podle svého obsahu rozčlenění do menších podkapitol. První kapitola obsahuje vymezení samotného pojmu nájmu obecně, popisuje vývoj právní úpravy nájmu a vymezuje nájem bytu jako zvláštní druh nájmu. …more

The aim of the work is to perform an analysis of the valid legal regulation of the lease of premises intended for housing, the origin of the lease, the rights and obligations of the contracting parties.
