Essential Parts of Purchase Contract and its Meaning
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na správný postup uzavírání mezinárodních kupních smluv a jejich správnou formulaci. Zároveň se zabývá tím, jaká rizika uzavřením obchodního kontraktu mohou hrozit a čeho se vyvarovat. Tato práce by měla poskytnout základní informaci a ucelený pohled na problematiku uzavírání smluv o mezinárodní koupi/prodeji zboží.
Abstract:
The work is focused on the proper closure procedure of international purchase agreement and their correct formulation. It also deals with questions of the risks which can threaten the trade contract and Chat needs to be avoided. This work should provide basic information and a comprehensive view on the issue of international contracts for the purchase/sale of goods.
