Cílem bakalářské práce je navrhnout zlepšení podnikových procesů ve firmě vyrábějící automobilové součásti. Hlavní výzkumnou metodou je modelová notace BPMN 2.0. Práce vychází z detailní analýzy podnikových procesů za účelem zvýšení efektivity činnosti firmy. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to propose improvements to business processes in a company manufacturing automotive parts. The main research method is the BPMN 2.0 modeling notation.
