Abstract:
Bakalářská práce na téma Trestní odpovědnost mladistvých a příčiny kriminality mladistvých se snaží rozebrat hlavní příčiny, které stojí za delikvencí této věkové skupiny. Vzhledem ke značné šíři těchto činitelů, byly vybrány pouze ty nejzásadnější. Také se snaží podat náhled na specifický problém snížení věkové hranice trestní odpovědnosti.
Abstract:
Baccalaureate work on the theme of Criminal responsibility of adolescents and cause of their criminality is based on the idea to analyse the cardinal cause which are behind the offender behaviours in this class of age.
