Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with the subject of German language teaching in Baťa’s Zlín during the interwar period and during WWII. The thesis is focused on the school with the official English name "English School, Zlín (recognized by the Czechoslovak Ministry of Education)" where I pay attention to the teaching of German language, used methods and learning materials. Ve své bakalářské práci se věnuji výuce německého jazyka v prostředí Baťova Zlína v meziválečném a válečném období, a to se zaměřením na Soukromou jinojazyčnou měšťanskou školu (s právem veřejnosti) s vyučovacím jazykem československým a anglickým, francouzským nebo německým, v níž je věnována pozornost výuce cizím jazykům.
