Affective disorders after the delivery

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce bylo zjistit, kolik žen v souboru rodiček v období raného šestinedělí je ohroženo rizikem vzniku afektivní poruchy a zda vybrané biopsychosociální faktory ovlivňují riziko vzniku psychické poruchy. Šetřením bylo zjištěno, že 38,5 % žen ze souboru sebehodnocením popisuje svůj aktuální emocionální stav tak, že jsou podle Edinburghské škály poporodní deprese zařazeny do skupiny rodiček ohrožených vznikem afektivní poruchy. Při zjišťování vztahu mezi výsledky EPDS a vybraných biopsychosociálních faktorů bylo zjištěno, že výsledek EPDS ovlivňuje poporodní deprese v anamnéze, věk, parita a komplikace spojené s kojením. Byla zjištěna i lehká korelace mezi prožitými životními událostmi ženy v minulém roce a výsledkem EPDS. Emocionální stav ženy v období raného šestinedělí podle zjištění neovlivnil stupeň vzdělání, způsob ukončení porodu, rodinný stav a socioekonomická situace respondentky.

Abstract:

The aim of the theses is to find out how many women in a group of expectant mothers in the period of early puerperium are placed at risk of affective disorder formation and if the chosen biopsychosocial factors influence the risk of psychic disorder formation. The research shows that 38,5 % of women in the group observed by self-evaluation describes their currant emotional state in the way that as for EDPS they belong to the group of expectant mothers who are endangered with affective disorder formation. When studying relation between the results of EDPS and chosen biopsychosocial factors was found out that the result of EDPS influences post-natal depression in anamnesa, age, parity and complications connected with breast-feeding. Also there was a slight correlation between experienced life events in the previous year and the result of EDPS. According to research, the emotional state of woman in the period of early puerperium was not influenced by grade of education, way of childbirth, marital status and socioeconomic situation of the responder.
