Vo svojej diplomovej práci analyzujem organizačnú štruktúru malého podniku v reálnom tržnom prostredí. Abstract:
The goal of my work is to analyze and optimize the organizational structure of small enterprise in real market circumstances. In the first part I will try to work out the theoretical base of the problem of optimization.
