Moral education in cooperation of the family and kindergarten

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na spolupráci rodiny a mateřské školy v morální výchově dětí. Tato problematika je zjišťována z pohledu rodičů a pedagogických pracovníků mateřských škol. Teoretická část je věnována pojmům morálka, morální vývoj a morální výchova dítěte předškolního věku. Problematika morální výchovy je nahlížena i z hlediska historických souvislostí. Dále se teoretická část zabývá vlivem rodiny a mateřské školy na morální výchovu dítěte. Charakterizuje zakotvení morální výchovy v Rámcovém vzdělávacím programu pro předškolní vzdělávání. Zaměřuje se na očekávání rodičů a učitelek mateřské školy od vzájemné spolupráce v morální výchově. Empirická část je soustředěna na metodologii kvantitativního výzkumu formou dotazníkového šetření, kterou doplňuje metodologie kvalitativního výzkumu s následnou analýzou dat získaných formou interview s pedagogickými pracovníky mateřských škol. Cílem výzkumu je zjistit, jak rodiče i učitelky mateřských škol vnímají důležitost spolupráce v morální výchově dětí.

Abstract:

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the cooperation of a family with a kindergarten in the field of moral education of their children. The issue is being determined from the point of view of parents as well as teaching staff at kindergarten. The theoretical part is devoted to concepts of morality, moral development and moral education of preschool age children. The topic of a moral education is also seen in terms of historical contexts. Furthermore, the theoretical part deals with an influence of family and kindergarten on a moral education of children. It describes the anchoring of the moral education in general educational program for preschool education. It focuses on the expectations of parents and teachers from kindergarten. Empirical part is focused on a quantitative research methodology form of questionnaires, supplemented by qualitative research methodology with subsequent analysis of the data obtained through interviews with the teaching staff of kindergartens. The research aim is to find out how parents and kindergarten teachers perceive the importance of cooperation in the moral education of their children.
