Propagation social services in the Caritas Czech republic

Abstract:

Diplomová práce nese název ?Propagace sociálních služeb v Charitě ČR?. Cílem diplomové práce je popsat využití propagace v sociálních službách. Teoretická část je rozdělena do tří kapitol. V první kapitole je definována propagace a nástroje, které využívá a propagační proces. Druhá kapitola se věnuje sociálním službám, jejich legislativě, kvalitě a financování. Třetí kapitola se zabývá propagací v sociálních službách, jejími specifiky. Empirická část je zaměřena na propagaci v Charitě ČR na Olomoucku. Úvodní část obsahuje stručné seznámení s Charitou ČR, jejím posláním a činnostmi. Cílem empirické části je analýza a zhodnocení internetových stránek v kontextu poznatků teoretické části práce o propagaci.

Abstract:

The name of the thesis is ?Promotion of social services in Charita CZ?. The goal of the thesis is to describe usage of promotion in social services. The theoretical section is divided into three chapters. The first chapter defines promotion and the tools used during the promotional process. The second chapter is devoted to social services, applicable legislation, quality and financing. The third chapter discusses promotion with respect to social services and its specifics. The empirical section focuses on promotion of Charita CZ in the Olomouc Region. The introductory section contains a brief description of the Charita CZ organisation, its mission and activities. The goal of the empirical section is analysis and evaluation of web sites in the context of the findings from the theoretical section of the work about promotion.
