Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje analýze kritických míst, plynulosti a bezpečnosti silničního provozu v obci Litvínovice. Bakalářská práce se dělí na dvě hlavní části, první je teoreticko-metodologická část, ve které jsou popsány základní pojmy související s dopravou. Je zde vysvětlen pojem doprava a dopravní infrastruktura, kde jsou rozděleny pozemní komunikace, dále jsou charakterizovány pojmy: dopravní nehody, zklidňování dopravy, dopravní značky a v závěru jsou křižovatky a jejich rozdělení. Druhá část je aplikační zaměřena na kritická místa v obci Litvínovice, byla použita metoda dotazníkového šetření. Dotazník byl vytvořen pro obyvatele obce Litvínovice. V závěru bakalářské práce jsou navržena nová opatření, která by vedla ke zlepšení dopravní situace a také orientační cenová kalkulace od stavební společnosti.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of critical places in transport, transport fluency and transport safety in Litvínovice. It is divided into two main parts, the first part is the theoretical and methodological part, which describes basic transport terms. It also explains the concept of transport and transport infrastructure- where the roads are divided, the concepts of traffic accidents, traffic moderation, traffic signs and in the end it deals with the issue of junctions and their designs. The second part of this thesis is focused on the application of the theoretical knowledge to a real-life situation in Litvínovice. It deals with critical places in transport of this village. It also presents a questionnaire survey, which has been filled by the inhabitants of Litvínovice. In the end of this bachelor thesis I suggest some provisions which would help to improve local traffic situation. I also suggest the indicative price of those provisions calculated by the construction company.
