Abstract:
Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám problematikou směnek. Zaměřuji se především na využívání směnek jako nástroje financování podniku. V první části se věnuji směnkám z teoretického hlediska. Nejprve tyto cenné papíry charakterizuji, uvedu jednotlivé druhy a vymezím účastníky směnečných vztahů. V další části mé práce se orientuji na využívání směnek v praxi. In my thesis I deal with an issue of bill of exchange. I focus primarily on using a bill of exchange as a financing instrument. First part of a thesis contains theoretical information.
